hello everyone in peel hall last friday in school was the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!we all got to bring in a toy for golden time and i brought in make-up and all the girls make overedthe boys it was fabulous!!!we also got to sing and dance to high school musical songs!!ellie even brought in the high school musical dvd & a portable dvd player for us all to watch it was the best day ever i wish we could do it all again!!!THANKS MRS.BROWNLEE FOR A GREAT DAY IN SCHOOL!!!i also can't wait for singing club on monday because rumour has it that we are doing high school musical songs lol....x

hello, back to school tomorrow after the holidays, had a great week, my mum bought a horse, so we have had fun riding her, its not fun mucking her stable out though, we went to blackpool to see the lights,that was cool, cant wait to get back to school to see my friends and teachers,,,

I joined Peel Hall in 1968 fantastic teachers like Mr Meakin Mr Arsecot (drove an old Herald sot top) those were the days. My mum was also a dinner lady there.

Thank you to everybody who gave for the Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital and to their teddy bears, I asked Mr Hallam if we could do this for the hospital as my brother Joe (who is coming to Peel Hall next year) goes there a lot as a patient. My Mum and Dad and Joe were very pleased. Thank You

For all un-suspecting Year 5 - PGL children,
I've just read Olivia's comment about looking forward to PGL and it really made me smile... I am also looking forward to PGL this year, last time we had a wonderful time, the activities, funny group leaders and children made it so special. Although this year what I am really looking forward to is seeing Mr Sullivan (who is scared of heights - like me) abseil down the tower, I did it last time and my knees were shaking! A warning though, Year 5 be on guard, us teachers like to play a few pranks on you...!

Thank you all very much indeed for the wonderful farewell assembly. you had all worked so hard to make it very special for me. I thought it was very clever the way you spelt out 'Working Together for Success' so that you could talk about the past and the future. I really enjoyed the songs as you sang them so well, especially the nursery children singing One more Step along the World I go. I will treasure the books you made, the photos and drawings are lovely and they will remind me of all of you!
The balloon race was a perfect ending to the brilliant assembly. It was exciting waiting to let them off. I am looking forward to finding out whose balloon travelled the furthest and where it actually landed!!
I would also like to say a huge THANK YOU to all of you and your parents for your generosity, lots of cards, very kind wishes and the lovely presents. I have put the rose bush in my back garden, the Bee plaque will look good in the porch and I have been using my new pen to write my thank you letters and cards. I will keep all your cards and presents forever to remind me of the fantastic children at Peel Hall Primary School because you are THE BEST. Hope to hear your good news soon.

Great to hear all your news, I am so pleased to be able to keep in touch with past pupils, thanks for your messages.
We are so busy at school planning our Jubilee Celebrations. Last week the Year 4 children worked hard together to make a Jubilee banner, it is super, so colourful. They are keeping it as a suprise for everyone to see in the 'Birthday' week !! The children in Year 5 have been busy interviewing past puplis and staff. They have been asking lots of questions to find out about their favourite memories. These have written up into a newspaper front page. I hope they will be printing copies for everyone to read. Some children are busy rehearsing songs with the Jubilee Choir, they will be singing to us in our special assembly in Jubilee Week. Don't forget to get your 1950's clothes ready for our special day....That day we will have lessons from fifty years ago aswell as a school lunch typical of the 50's and play games like they did then!!
Past pupils and staff are all invited to a Grand Reunion on the Wednesday. Please call the office to let us know if you are able to come.

Reply from Mr Sullivan: Well done for finding the link to MEWAN on the 'Web Sites' button, and you are right Espresso doesn't work. It runs through the school server as we have to pay to have access to it. So unfortunately you can only access Espresso in school.

I am in the nursery and love my school day playing with all my friends. I am in Mrs Fosters group and she is a top Teacher, as well as Mrs Linney and Mrs Smith we do lots of fun things.

I have moved in to Reception Class with Mrs Evans and Mrs Pollack, We have to work very hard now learning all our spellings and reading our books, but it is good fun.
